Florida's Emergency Preparedness and Response Fund spent $890 million in the fiscal year ending June 30, and $564 million of it, about 63%, went to immigration enforcement rather than disasters. The fund now holds under $7 million. Lawmakers approved another $250 million in June and the agency has not requested it.
