The Congressional Research Service ran FEMA's own data. Three disaster declarations were approved for hazard mitigation funding after January 20, 2025, with a combined ceiling of $81,825,487. Kentucky received $740,185 of it, for management costs. West Virginia and Oklahoma received nothing.
