FEMA's own daily call records, entered into a House Transportation Committee hearing, show 99.7% of calls answered on July 5, 35.8% on July 6, and 15.9% on July 7. FEMA had told Congress it answered 82.1% that day. Shown the agency's own records, the Acting Administrator called them fake news.
